We offer Washington residents three scholarship pathways to high-demand, living-wage careers — each has different benefits and eligibility requirements. Read the details below and pick the one that fits your goals!

Baccalaureate Scholarship (BaS)
Getting a bachelor’s degree in eligible STEM and health care majors, including those transferring to a four-year institution or completing a bachelor’s degree at a community college.
Up to a total of $22,500 for a maximum of 6 years.

Career & Technical Scholarship (CTS)
Getting an apprenticeship, associate degree, or certificate in an eligible health care, STEM, or trades program. Extra funding is available for rural students with the Rural Jobs Initiative (RJI).
Up to $1,500 per quarter until completion of program.

Graduate Scholarship (GRD)
Getting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner degree (MSN/DNP) and intend to practice in a WA state MUA or HPSA for at least two years after program completion. Stipends are also available.
Up to $25,000 over a period of three years.
